So what beauty treats were in the goody bags?
Well, we had Clive Christian Perfume and a little something from Panache Cosmetics.
An amazing evening filled with beautiful people.
Speaking after the event, John Caudwell, commented: “It is heart-warming to see that despite the current economic climate people are still prepared to help the less fortunate and I’m very grateful to all of our generous supporters. We were thrilled to have Rod Stewart headline the event. His performance lived up to everyone’s expectation and was the perfect culmination of a fantastic event.”
Trudi Beswick, Chief Executive Officer for Caudwell Children said: “The night has been a resounding success, we are immensely grateful to our guests and our sponsors, HSBC, Coutts, Barclays and TLC, who have supported the charity by donating such a large amount of money. The money raised tonight will significantly impact on hundreds of children’s lives living in the UK and I would like to thank our generous sponsors, HSBC Private Banking, Coutts, Barclays Wealth and TLC who through their support have ensured that this event was a success.”
The most beautiful of all these stars, is a little 11 year old girl Tilly Griffiths.
Dispite having spinal muscular atrophy she rock climbs, ski's and is the driving force we beleive that help Caudwell raise £1.7 million on the night... She is an amazing young lady, trully beautiful.
You are an inspiration to us all Tilly & we could all only hope to unconditional give as much as you have!!
The Charity would like to thank:
all the children that took part.
