Summer 2014 has literally come and gone, quicker than sweaty Londoners gulping Pimm’s in the unusual heatwave. As usual, the summer brought some glitzy events, which I had to do some serious scrubbing up for.

I needed treatments that would last from May through to August, yet not look “over done” at May’s Cannes film Festival. A very glamorous occasion indeed, I definitely had to do some pre-glam prep before the screening of my friend Dan Simpson’s Film, 'The Rendlesham UFO Incident'.

The amazing anti-ageing expert Dr. Anil Budh-Raja gave me facial injections in form of the right dose of Botox - not too much – but enough to give a natural look, seeing as Dr Anil is also an experienced GP, I felt safe in his medical hands.

I also had an infrared laser facial treatment at the West London Dermatology Centre in Chiswick. A week after this treatment my face was glowing, looking visibly younger and tighter. After a gorgeous glam haircut and highlights by a super friendly stylist at Headmasters, I was ready to get into my red dress and literally FACE the party!
